Return and Refund Policy
At KASSRAT OUD, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, we are committed to supporting you through the return or exchange process under the following conditions:
1. Product Exchange
If you receive an item:
- damaged during delivery
- or not matching your order
Please contact us within 48h after receipt with supporting photos. Our customer service will offer you a free exchange.
2. Return for Refund
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product:
- You can return it to us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
- Products must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories and labels.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping Fees
- If the error is ours (defective or incorrect product): return shipping fees are covered by KASSRAT OUD.
- In all other cases (change of mind, etc.): return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
4. Refund
- Once the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- The amount will be credited back using the same payment method used during purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- The time for it to appear in your account depends on your bank.
